How Many Years
Do Your Plows Last?
The average life of plows is about ten years. A plow cor
rectly designed nrd made of high-grade materials should give
much longer service if kept under cover when not in use. The
principal reason why plows are consigned to the junk pile after
a few years’ use is that they have lost their original shape.
Once n plow loses its correct shape it is dnacult to put on
new wearing parts. 3, hen you get new parts on, they don’t
fit snugly., Tcur plow is out of balance, rendering satisfactory
plowing dr^icuTt, end making harder work for you and your
team.

Lock That Locks”—found only on the Avery—holds moldboard, share
and landside in a vise-!ik« grip that never lets go. New wearing parts
can be put on with ease and lit closely. Both handles are straight—or
dinary stock handles can be attached without straining.
Let the next chilled plow you buy be a
B. F. Avery. It will give you more years
of satisfactory sei vice.

“THE MIRACLE MAN” FINE
Paramount - Artcraft Picture
Tells Great Story
A most absorbing story is un
folded in the new Paramount
Artcraft picture, “The Miracle
Man,’’ which will be the attract
ion at the City Auditorium in
Vidalia Feb. 16 and 17. This
picture, which was adap ed from
G?o M. Cohan’s striking Broad
way success by ti e same name,
is declared to be one of the real
ly great screen dramas of mod
ern times. The original story
was written by Frank L. Pack rd.
The plot of “The Miracle
Man” deals with the moral trans
formation of a gang of New
York crooks under the benefi
cent influence of a deaf and,
blind patriarch, who is a healer
of proven powers. Coming to ■
; him originally with the idea of |
’making money cut of his gift,
I these four products©! the metro
pclis‘slums are made n ir cu
lously to realize dwir better
selves. Thomas Meighan, Eli-j
nor Fair, Betty Compscn, and
other screen players of unusual
ability interpret the fascinating
story in a manner drat leaves
nothing to be deslicd.
