Tlio Claiborne (I^a.) Advocate learns
that the wheat crop of that parish prom
ises a bountiful harvest. The stalk is now
lienrly waist high, looks fine, and in some
cases the heads are fully grown. The
fine navigation makes busy times on the
lake and bayou, and the cotton is fast
disappearing from Minde.n landing.

Another Warning.
The Augusta Dispatch, of Monday
evening, states that a child of Mr. Mc-
Kenney, seven or eight years old, residing
in the lower part of the city, died on Sun
day last, from the oii'octs of eating the
tiowers of the Yellow Jessamine. Medical
aid was called in, but tho poison was so
rapid in its effects that nothing effectual
could be done, and the child died in a very
few moments after being taken sick.

THE LIVEB
I2STVIQORATOB.
PREPARED BY DR. SANFORD,
Compounded entirely from Gums,
IS one of the best Purgatives and Liver Medicines
uow btlore the public that acts as a Cathartic,
easier, milder, and more effectual than any other
medicine known. It is not only a Cathartic, hut a
Liver remedy, acting first ou tho Liver to eject its
morbid matter, then on the stomach and bowels to
carry oil that matter, thus accomplishing two pur
poses effectually, without any of the painful feel
ings experienced in the operation of most Cathar
tics. It strengthens tho system at the same time
that it purges it; and when taken daily in moder
ate doses, will strengthen and build it up with
uuusual rapidity.
The Liver is one of ye. the principal regula
tors of the hurnsn bo- yl dy; and when it per
forms its functions well, tho powers are
fully developed. The rv stomach is almost en
tirely dependent on tho healthy action of
the Liver fur the per- formance of its func
tions; when the stum- H uch is ut fault, the
bowels aro at fault, and the whole system
suffers in consequence l of one organ—the
Liver —having ceased U to do its duty. For
the diseases of that i organ, one of the pro
prietors has made it! —. his study, in a practice
of more than twenty f) years, to find some
remedy wherewith to] counteract tho many
dorangomentstu L_j which it is liable.
To provo that this UJ remedy isatlnstfound,
any person troubled * with Liver Com
plaint, in any of its f—j forms, has but to try a
bottle, and conviction; LU i* certain.
These Gums remove u all morbid or bad mat
ter from the system, . supplying in their
place a healthy Uow of (J) bile, invigorating the
stomach, causing food ] ;to digest well, puri
fying tho blood, giving tone and health
to the whole machine ! LJ ly, removing the cuuse
of tho disease—effect- L* “‘g radical cure.
Bilious attacks arc [are cured, and, what
is better, prevented, |_| by the occasional use
of tho Liver Invigo- 1 rator.
One dose after eating iis sufficient to relieve
tho stomach and pre-j I vent the food from
rising and souring. ! 11
Only one dose taken! [before retiring, pre
vents Nightmare. ■ m ■
Only one dose taken LJ at night, loosens the
bowels gently, an and ‘cures Uostiveness.
One dose taken after! m each meal will cure
Dyspepsia. C* !
One dose of two] tea-spoonfuls will al
ways relieve Sick. ] Headache.
Ono buttle taken for H foinale obstruction re
moves tho cause of the disease, and makes a
perfect cure. j Yy
Only one doseimme- CJ diately relieves Chol
ic, while j
One dose, often re- j peated, is a sure euro
for Cholera Morbus, aud a proventivo of
Cholera. i
Only ono bottle is needed to throw out of
tho systom the effects H of medicino after a
long sickness.
One bottle taken for /"X Jaundice removes
all eallowness or uu- VU {natural color from the
skin.
One doso taken a ! short timo before eat
ing gives vigor to the U j appetito, and makes
food digest well.
Ono doso often re-! tr jpeatod, cures Chronic
Diarrhuea in its worst HQ forms, while Summer
and Bowel complaints] ** yield almost to the
first dose. ,
One or two doses *K cures attacks caused
by Worms in Cliil 1 r dren; thereisuosurer,
safer, or speedier rem- edy in tho world, as it
never fails. j tJ
A few bottles cures “J Dropsy, by exciting
the absorbents. i 1
We take pleasure in fj recommouding this
medicine os a proven- vJ tive for Fever and
Ague, Chill Fcve i, I ! and all Fevers of a
Bilious Type. Itoper- m ates with certainty,
and thousands are wil-: C” jling to testify to its
wonderful virtues. j , |
All who used it aro giving their unanimous tes
timony in its favor.
43r*Mix water in the mouth with the Invigora
tor, and swallow both together.
THE LIVER INVIGORATOR
Is a Scientific Medical Discovery, and is daily work
ing.cures almost too great for belief, it cures as if
by magic, even the first dose giving benefit, and
seldom more than one bottlo is required to euro
any kind of Liver Complaint, from tbe worst Jaun
dice or Dyspepsia to a common Headache, all of
which are the result of a DISEASED LIVER.
