JAMES McPHILLIPS, : 140 Broad Street, Masonic Building, j i Columbus, Ga., May 31. DR. COOK’S MEDICATED VAPOR! AN INFALLIBLE Remedy for Diseased Eyes. THIS wonderful preparation was discovered by i Dr. Cook when reduced almost to despair by J 1 tho failure of all the remedies prescribed by the ( Physicians and Opticians of tho ago; and its miraculous effects, in restoring his own vision, J and the great success which bus attended its up i plication in a large number of cases—NEVER FAILING TO GIVE RELIEF and affect a cure when persisted iu—induces him to lay it before tho public, in order thut its merits may be tested, and all who are sufferiug from diseased Eyes he enabled to obtain relief. The “MEDICATED VAPOR” is a Purely Scientific Compound! Very simple and harmless in its application, but a most POWERFUL REMEDIAL AGENT; and after j having been extensively used iu tho treatment of j Diseased Eyes, is confidently recommended as the 1 MOST SPEEDY and RELIABLE REMEDY in | cases of Acute and Chronic Opthulmlu, incipient , Cataract, Amoronis, Staplyloma, Ac., ever pre- ! scribed. It is also an invaluable remedy for Nervous j Headache, Neuralgia of the Kyo and Face—dis- , I eases which huve heretofore resisted all medical ‘ skill. j It has also been tested in several cases of Total | i Blindness with such wonderful success, be is In- ! duced to believe that no cue should be pronounced , incurable as long as one spark of vitality remains i iu the eye. I The Medicated Vapor is a local remedy, and : appeals directly to the parts affected—promotes ! absorption, and by its powerful tonic properties, 1 infuses new life and vigor into the nerves that have become impaired by disease, and enables the Kyo to re-uct and regain its former healthful tone i and action. Those medicinal virtues, combined | with tlie neat and portable form in which It Is put up, render it the most convenient and efficacious remedy for diseases of the Eyo over before offered , to the public. I DR. COOK lias many certificates -to prove the truth of tho above statements, but does not deem it necessary to publish them, knowing the want ot confidence in such things unless the public ure ( acquainted with the parties and all the circum- | stances. lie, therefore, offers his Medicated Vapor upon Its own merits, feeling assured It will stand the most rigid test and givo tho most complete satisfaction. j Prepared and sold by GLACKMEYKR A HIL LIARD, Agents, wholesale or retail, Market street, Montgomery, Alabama.
