SEALED PROPOSALS

HANDS, and eight prime HORSES or MILES with CARTS
and HARNESS complete, to be employed on the Streets and
Drains, and for such other service as may be required for
the year 1553, Said force will be required to be quartered
at noon as near as practicable, to the centre of the corpo
rate limits of the city. Persons making proposals may
propose for the whole, or any portion of the above contract.
All lost time from sickness or otherwise, to be made good
by the contractor. The contractor to submit his force to
the inspection of the Committee on Streets and Drains be
fore a final acceptance of his proposal.
