between the hours of ten in forenoon and three
in the ifternoon, at the Court House tn he county
in which the property is situate. Notices of
these sales ma t be given in a public gazette
forty days previous to the day of sale.
Notice for the sale of Personal property must
be given at least ten days previous to the day ol
sale.
Notice to Debtors and Creditors of an Estate
must be published forty days.
Notice that application will be made to the
