Sales of Land and Negroes, by Administra
tors, Executors and Guardians, are required by
Jaw to be held on the first Tuesday in the month
between the hours of ten in lorenoon and three
in the afternoon, at the Court Bouse inthe county
in which the property is situate. Notices of
these sales must be given in a public gazette
forty days previous to the day of sale.
Notice for the sale of Personal property must
be given at least ten days previous to the day of
sale.
Notice to Debtors and Creditors of an Estate
must be published forty days.
Notice that application will be made to the
Court of Ordinary for leave to sell Lanu or Ne
groes, must be published weekly tor two months.
Citations for Lottersof Administration must be
published thirty days—for Dismission lrom Ad
ministration, tnomnly six months—for Dismission
from Guardianship, forty days.
Rules tor Foreclosure of Mortgage must be
published monthly tor four months—for estab
lishing lost papers for the lull space of three
months —for compelling titles from Exectttors
or Administrators, where a bond has been givjn
