Sales of Land and Negroes, by Adminisira
tors, Executors and Guardians, are required by
law to be held on the tirst Tuesday in the month
between the hours often in'forenoon and three
in the afternoon, at the Court House in hetiounty
in which the property i9 situate. Notices of
these sales mint be give i in a public gazette
forty days previous to the day of sale.
Notice for the sale of Personal property must
be given at least ten days previous to the day of
sale.
Notice to Debtors and Creditors of an Estate
must be uublished forty days.
Notice that application will be made to the
