tors, Executors and Guardians, are required by
law r to be held on the first Tuesday in the month
between the hours of ten in forenoon and three
in the afternoon, at the Court House inlhe county
in which the property is situate. Notices of
t hese sales must be given in a public gazette
:orty days previous to the day ot sale.
Notice for the sale of Personal property must
he given at least ten days previous to the day of
sale.
Notice to Debtors and Creditors of an Estate
must be published forty days.
Notice that application will be made to the
