Sec. 2d. Be it further ordained, That it shaj
be the duty of the clerk of the lower market t<
> superintend the weighing of all Fodder, Hay am
Oats, at all hours of the day, from sun rise til
sun set. And tha party selling such Fodder
Hay or Oats, shall pay to thesaid clerk fifty ett
or each wagon, and twenty-five cents for eac
•art or dray
Sec. 3d- Be it further ordained, That ever
person who shall violate the provisions of thi
Ordinance, may be fined in a sum not exceedin
Twenty Dollars.
