Their terms ot storage will be twelve and a half cents per bale on cotton each month. They will make sale of cotton directed to them, or in store at twenty five cents per bale. Being determined to avoid speculating in cotton, they will always be pre pared to execute any orders promptly, and pledge themselves that no exertion shall be wanting to promote the interest of their friends. At a meeting of the Presbyterian Education Society of Georgia, the undersigned were ap pointed a committee to take into consideration the expediency of selling a part of the present farm, or if they shall deem any other location, more judicious, the whole; and that such com mittee be authorised to sell, if they shall deem it expedient, apart of the present farm, or if any other location more advantageous can be found, then to sell the whole and remove the school at the end of the present year. The Committee deeming it highly expedient to give the School a different location, and be lieving that a more advantageous situation can be obtained, have resolved to sell the whole of the present farm,and they have confided this part of their duties to E. L. Newton; Esq. Win Dearing, Esq. and Wm. L. Michell, Esq. Ath ens, with whom, persons wishing to purchase, can confer.
