to the inhabitants nf the city cif Savannah from
horses and other animals running at huge in the

city of Savannah, in council attembtidi and it i*
hereby ordained by the authority of the tame. That
no horse, gelding, mare, colt, filly, mule or jack
ass, ahall at any time heetwren the first day of
November and ibe first day of May in every year
