St ship Hornet, in the harbor ol Cadiz, to the editor of the Fraoklio Ga zette, contains the most authentic,as well as ttje latest information yet received, io elalion to this treaty. It is very gratifying to observe, that among the deposits a great portion is for orphans anit foundlings. Friends and pa rents cannot render inure beneficial ser vice to the rising generation, than inculca ting lessons of economy. The Philadelphia Franklin Gazette of the 19ih put. states—Eighty-eight persons were buried in this city last week, of whom 58 were children, ■and 55 adults.
