YVe have seen a letter from Gibraltar,
stating-that the “treaty is not ratified.” If this
be true, we are ata lost to account fo: Mr.
1-orsyth’s remaining at Math-id. Perhaps
the king of Spain requires same modifica

satisfactory to our government. A short
time will remove all doubt on tills import
