men, named Ft ter and Harrt. Peter is about five feet,
•four or five inches high, is from 20 to 23 years of age, he
has a mild and pleasant countenance and when spoken
j will immediately laugh, he is slender made. Harry
- ibout five feet, six or seven inches liigh, from 20 to 25
year* of age, thickly made, has a grim and frowning
countenance. It is probable they are both in Savannah,
us they were seen in that city a few days ago. Whoever
will apprehend and deliver "both or either of them
in the gaol of Savannah or at my plantation near
Cr,osayyhaytetue, or in any gaol in the state of Soutli-Ca-
l olina, shall receive ten dollars’ reward for each, and all

For the more convenient arrangement of the times and
places of holding tlie circuit Courts ofthe United States,
lor tiie District of South Carolina and Georgia.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa
tives of the United States of America, in Congress assem-
blnl, that from and after the first day of June next, tiie
Circuit Courts in and for the sixth circuit of the United
States, shall be held at tiie following times and places,
and no others; that is to sa), fertile District of Georgia,
at Savannah, on the fourteenth day of December in every
year, and ot Miiiedgeviile, on the sixth tg>y of May in
every year; for the District ofSoutli Carolina, at Charles
ton, on the twentieth day of November in every year, and
at Columbia on the twentieth day of April in every year,
and the Circuit Court for tiie sat j. Districts respectively,
or the Circuit judge.of tiie s.iid Sixth Circuit is authori
sed and required to moke all such rules and orders as
may he necessary to carry into effect tiie change in time

Ranaway from the subscriber, on Sunday, 16th instant,
negro man Joe, about 20 or 21 years of age, rather vd-
