the payment of six hundred &nd fifty dollars and
twenty-six. cents, with interest from the date of
said mortgage,' due on a certain bond dated the
third day of May eighteen hundred and six—to

clerk’s office of the suoerior. court of Chatham
county, by Robert Burton, praying the establish
ment of a certain due bill, stated to have been
*iven by Joseph Hill, In.his life time to said Rob
ert Burton for the sum of seventy dollars and fifty
cepts—which said due bill is alledged on oath to
have been fost. . „ ,
And, upon motion of Messrs. Pelot and Haber
sham, plaintiff’s attornies, Ujis ordered, That said
petition, with the documents thereunto annexed,
fee affiled in the clerk’s office, open to-the inspec
tion ofall arid every person or persons interested

of Redemption of the following premises mortgag
ed to them by Christopher Frederick Triebner on
the thirty first day of January in the year of our
Lord ope thousand eight hundred and twelve, to
secure the payment of a ceitain bond, bearing-even
date thereyMth, for the payment of the sum of
three hundred dollars wi.h interest from the date
of said bond and mortgage, viz: AH those two Lots
