In conformity to the will of the late Mr. IsitAM * 1 a-
koxE, deceased, and by order of the executor, the whole
of the estate of said deceased, both real and personal,
will tie sold at Auction, at the plantation of said deceased,
two miles below Augusta, on THURSDAY, the 19th day
df December next, if fair, if wet, the next fair day.—
The tract of Land contains up\ - ds of three hundred
afcres, of which about one hundn * .ml thirty acres well
timbered, the balance cleared and under good enclo
sures, all first quality planting Land, suitable for cotton,
corn or small grain. The Negroes are all young, except
one, and uncommonly likely, consisting of men, women
and children, in all upwards of twenty. The stock of
Horses, Cattle and Hogs are prime, and the provision
chop is deemed amply sufficient to support the place for
another year and to spare. The Lands will be first sold,
then the Negroes, in families, and so on. Particulars
and terms will be made known on that day.

Bank of Georgia.
It being deemed expedient by the Board ot Directors,
that another Instalment of the Stock of the Bank of the
State of Georgia should be called in, and that the Stock
holders should be required to pay a proportion thereof
ih specie.
Notice is hereby given, that, agreeablv to a resolution
dF the Directors of this date, twenty-three per centum
mi each share, of the Stock of the Bank, is required to
he paid by the Stockholders, on or before the s> ctmd
Monday in December next; that five dollars, in specie
be paid on each share, as part of tlie said twenty-three
per cent, and the balance in bills of either of the Banks
of Georgia.
The Stockholders are further notified, that Cashier’s
Certificates of Stock will be issued .n lieu of the Com
ir.issioners’ Certificates, held by the Stockholders, upon.
t(ie delivery of the Conn lissioners’ Certificates, at tiie
time of paving the Instalment, as above required.
Western Stockholders are informed, that they may pay

on the south branch of Turtle river, Glynn county—the
joint property of the Union Society, Chatham Academy
and the Savannah Poor-House and Hospital Society,
