for a REPRESENTATIVE, in the congress of the Unit
ed States, to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resigna
tion of the hqnorable Alfrej> Cuthrliit, pursuant to a
writ of election from the Executive .Department; of
which the electors of Chatham county will take notice.
Three justices of the peace, will preside at said election,
