tho State of Georgia tor one year Immediately preceding
tho election and wllldn the oorporato limits of Savannah
for one month Immediately preceding tholr registration
and oontinuo so to do up to tho tlmo of electron, who
havo attained the age of twedty-ono years, havo paid nil
city taxes or have In tholr own right sufficient real esiato
to saUsiy any tax executions which may bo against them,
who havo made all returns required by the ordinances of
the city, and havo boon registered according to tho pro
