HO MORE-
This Is the burden of the heart,
The burden that it always bore.
We lire to lore, wa meet to part,
And part to meet on earth no more
Wo claap each other to tho heart,
And part to meet on earth no more.
There is a time for tears to start,
For dews to fall and larks to soar.
The tims for tears is whan wa part
To moet upon the earth no more.
The time for (oart is whan we paTt
To moat on this wide earth no more.
—Some time ago, we saw it stated
that when Mr. Pierce offered the ap
pointment of Minister to Bogota to an
intimate personal friend up north some
where, this friend telegraphed back :
“I accept, but where is Bogota ?” This
reminds an old Virginia friend of ours
of the fact (well known in Virginia),
that Mr. Van Buren appointed to a
Consulship, at sooie island in the
Pacific, one Thomaa R. Gray, of Vir
ginia, who, after cruising round the
world a year or two, came back and
said, ‘‘that island couldn’t be found."

Reparator Capilli.
Throw away your false frizzes, your switches,
your wig—
Destructive of comfort, and not worth afig:
Come aged, come youthful, come ugly and
fair,
And rejoice in your own luxuriant bair.
REPARATOR CAPILLI,
Fnr restoring hair upon bald heads (from
whatever cause it may have fallen out) and
forcing a growth of bair upon the face, it
has no equal. It will force tbe beard to
grow upon tbe smoothest face in from five
to eight weeks, or bair upon bald beads in
from two to three months. A few ignorant
practitioners have asserted that there is
nothing that will force or hasten the growth
of the hair or beard. Their assertions are
false, as thousands of living witnesses (from
their own experience), can boar witness.
But many will say, how are wo to distin-.
guish the genuine from tho spurious ? It
certainly is difficult, as nioe-tenths of the
different preparations advertised for the
bair and beard are entirely worthless, and
you may have already thrown away large
amounts in their purchase. To such wo
would say, try the Reparator Capilli; it
will cost you nothing unless it fully comes
up to our representations. If yoar Druggist
does not keep it,'send us one dollar and we
will forward it, post paid, together with a
receipt for the monev, which will be re
turned you on application, provid.ng entire
satisfaction is not given. Address,
