To amend an Ordinance, dcfiumg what shall be
considered public nuisances, aud for the removal
of the same, parsed 2d August, 1830.
Sec. 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermen
of the City of Savannah and the Hamleta thereof in
Council assntnblod, and it isheroby ordainvd by the au
thority of tho same, that from ana after the passing of
this Ordinance, the provisions of said Ordinance pro
hibiting the keeping of Hogs, within eortain limits, be
and the same are horoby extended so as to embraoo and
include the whole oorporato limits of the City of Savan
nah, and the Hamlets thereof.
See. 2. Be it ordained by the authority aforesaid,
that all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances conflicting
with the provisions of this Ordinance be, and the same
hereby repealed.
