Jackson's doctrine on the question, and 100 copies wore orderod to be printed for the use of the Senate. Several amendatory bills to town corporations w existing, wore reportod, but they are of only local importance. Mr. Piloa reported a bill to authorize the Governor to purchase iron and loan tho samo to the Brunswick aud Florida Railroad Company. Mr. Sturgis—with a wonderful desire to econo* miio—when he has no relations in ihe Clerk' fices—reported a bill to regulate tbe number of Clerks iu both bouses hereafter. Mr. Duuwoody—-A bill to regulato the pilotage of the port of Darieo. A bill in relation to Justices Courts in McIntosh county.
