contained in Deed to Secure
Debt executed and delivered on
October 10, 1974, by GRIFFIN
ASPHALT CO., INC., as
Grantor, to COMMERCIAL
BANK 8, TRUST COMPANY,
GRIFFIN, GEORGIA, aS
Grantee, and recorded in Deed
Book 394, page 223, Spalding
Superior Court records, and by
virtue of default in payment of
the indebtedness therein
mentioned, which has made the
aforesaid power of sale
operative and effective, the

INC., will sell at public outcry
