Public Notices LEGAL 9241 RESOLUTION The Spalding County Plan ning Commission has proposed for adoption an amendment of the resolution known and designated as the "Spalding County Zoning and Building Regulations", as more par ticularly set out in Chapter 1, Part VIII, of the Code of Spalding County, including an amendment of the official zoning map of Spalding County, Georgia, so as to change and rezone certain lands lying and being in Land Lots 116 and 117 of the Second Land District of original Monroe, now Spalding County, Georgia, fronting on the east side of Ann Street between Kalamazoo Drive and O'Dell Road, from an R-3, Multiple Family District, to a C-l, Commercial District (Retail) and upon motion being duly made, seconded and unanimously passed by the three Commissioners present, it was decided and resolved to hold a public meeting at 2:00 o'clock p.m. on May 19, 1977, at the office of the Board of Commissioners of Spalding County in the Spalding County Courthouse at Griffin, Georgia, before considering such amendment for adoption so that the public would be given an opportunity to make objections, if any, to such amendment, and the County Administrator was authorized and directed to have a notice prepared and published at least fifteen days before such public hearing that such public hearing would be held as aforesaid.
