complete his contract in the
specificed number of days, plus
any properly authorized ex
tensions, the Owner will deduct
from any monies then due on
contract the amount of one
hundred dollars ($100.00) per
day for each and every con
secutive calendar day
thereafter, not as a penalty, but
for acknowledged liquidated
damages caused by such delay.
The Owner reserves the right to
waive any informalities or to
reject any or all bids.
Each Bidder must deposit with
his bid, security in the amount,
form and subject to the con
ditions provided in the In
formation for Bidders.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be
held at 2:00 P.M., Prevailing
Time, on 18 Oct., 1977 at the site
of the project. Representatives
