O N the petition of Margaret Mercier, cxccu-
tr.x of tlm Istft will aiul testament of John
Mercier, deceased, praying the lorerlosi re ot
the equity of redemption ol all that tract or par
cel of land situate and being in the county ot
Bryan and known by the name of Pnrnassus, ad
joining and contiguous to a trnrt of the like
number of acres of land belonging to Mrs Di-
mere and included under the same name and
description; mortgaged by Moit'ih Miller in bis
life time to Ihc said John Mercier in bis lift time
to secure the payment of the sum of four thou
sand dollars mentioned in a certain bond from
the said Morris to the said John Mercitr, bear
ing date the twenty third day of April, in the
year*of our Lord, one thousand eight bundled
and fiver It is ordered that the principal and
interest due on said bond and the Costs of this
proceeding, be paid into court, within .twelve,
months from this date, or that from thenceforth v
the equity of redemption of-said mortgaged
premises be foreclosed; and that such further
proceedings take place as the law directs. And
It is further ordered, that a copy of this rule be.

Thursday evening last, with brack bats by two
