that on the night of tho fifth of April, in tho year
cightccu hundred and fifty-six, the stud ship Eliza
beth was lying lu tho River Savannah, at Venus’
Point, well In snore, and was at that time a staunch
and well built ship, of tho burthou of nine hundred
mul fifty tons, or thereabouts, nud sufficiently pro
vided with apparel, tackle and furniture, and pro
perly manued with a sufficient crow to work and
uavigato said ship, that ou tho said night of tlm filth
of April, eighteen hundred and filly-alx, ubout seven
o’clock in the evening, a signal lantern was hung
out in tho furcstay of said ship Elizabeth; that about
eight o’clock ou the night oftho said fifth of April,
whilst tho said ship ElizaboUl wa9 so lying at Venus’
Polut, in the Savannah River,' within the ebb and
flow oftho tide, and within tho admiralty and mnrn-
time Jurisdiction of the District Court of theUultcd
States, for tho Smtlmrn District of Georgia, securely
tuoorod, the steamship Keystone State, whereof
Robert Hurdle was master on her way from Phila
delphia to the city ol'Savnunnh, canto up the .Savan
nah ltivor uudm* full headway, nnd then and there,
with great force and violcnco, ran Into and iqum tho
said ship Elizabeth, smashing tho side of tho fore-
castle of said ship Elizabeth, breaking five of tho
forecastle beams, startod tho deck, curried away
the bowsprit, nnd other damage did to the suld ship
Elizabeth, as iu said libel is stated, rendering It nc-
ccssary to discharge a part or bor cargo, and to
bring her up to tho city of i?avanuab for repairs, at
grout expense and loss of tirao; tliaLit la Impossible
to ascertain exactly what will be the extent of tho
damages, hut as far as calculation can ho made tbe
damage sustained by such collision to tho said ship
Elizabeth, amounts to tho sum or ton thousand Uol
lar>; that this occurred in the admiralty and mara-
time jurisdiction of said Court, allot'which the libel
lants pray leavo to furnish proof of, and have also
prayed u decree for their damages aforesaid, and
costs, and that tho ordiuary process may issue.

No contractor, superintendent, or inspector will
be allowed to chnngu tho parts oftho ration, nor thn
aud unequivocal satisfaction, aud produced the most
salutary and beneficial effects. Numerous letters
havo been received from the most distinguished
physicians In the country, and from tho professors
of several medical colleges, recommending in the
highest terms tho valuo of these medicines, aud
their superiority over all other preparations for

Coraiiound Fluid Extracts, which contaiu all the vir
tues of the articles they are represented to be made
from lu a highly concentrated form, and are the most
