all vessels arriving from ports where contagious,
malignant or infectious diseases arc prevailing, are
required to come to anchor o(T Fort Jackson, until
visited by tho Health Officer. No vessel will be de
tained In Quarantine unless such detention be neces
sary.
No vessel or boat shall receive any of the crew
or passengers or vessols subject to tho abovo order
for the purpose sf bringing thorn to the city or its
vlclalty.
Any violation of this order will subject the vio
lator to tho penalty of the law.
