Vermouth , March 3. Last Saturday arrived in our roads
4 fleet of transports with men find horses from Williamftadt,
and the wind not being fair for their 1 roceeding to the
southward, on Sunday morning 730 men belonging to the
third regiment of Guards, under Col. Molincaux, were
landed, who marched for London on Tuelday. TK fame
day 1470 men landed, and yesterday morning 800 qf them
inarched for London, as did the remainder, with a party of
the Horse Guards Blue, this morning, who made a fine ap
pearance. r
March Yeftcrday arrived in the roads (even transports
from Williamftadt, with Bland’s and Waldgrarc’s regi
ments on board.

by the definitive, treaty.
Article F. The tow n and port of Dunkirk dial) be put in
to the state fixed by the last treaty of Aix Ja Chapelle, and

treaty, as well as the forts and batteries which defend the
entrance on the fide towards the sea; andprovifion (hall be
made, at the fame time, for the wholcfomenefc of the air,

Article X. In the Eaft-lndies, Grtat-Britain /hall restore
to France, in the condition they now are, the fevcral comp
toirs which that crown a well on the coal! of
Coromandel, and of Onxa, as on that of Malabar, and in
Bengal, at the commencement of the year 1749. And his
Molt Christian Majesty renounces all pretensions to the ac
quisitions which he has made on the coast of Corortandcl
and Orixa, since the said commencement of the year 1749.
His Moft Christian Majesty lhall rtftore, on his. fide, all
that he may have conquered from Great-Britain in the East-
Indies during the present war, and (hall exprefly cause Nat
tal to be restored, together with Tapanonlly in the ille of
Sumatra : He engages moreover to ereri no fortifications,
and to maintain no troops, in any part of the territories of
the Subah of Bengal. And to the end that the future peace
may be preserved on the coast of Coromandel and Orixa, tho
Englifli and French (hall acknowledge Mahomet Ally Khau
for lawful Nabob of Carnate, and Salabat Sing for lawful
Subah of Decan ; and both parties (hall renounce all de
mands or pretensions which they may form to the charge of
the one or the other, or to that of their Indian allies, for
the depredation! or fpoil* made, on cither fide, during tho
And for the preventing of all fuhjeA of contest, on ac
count of the limits of the territories of the Subah of Bengal,
as well as of the coast of Coromandel and Orixa, the said
territories of the Subah of Bengal are to be reputed to ex
tend only as far as the Yanaon exclusively; and that the
Yanfon (hall be regarded as compromised in the northern
part of the coast of Coromandel and Orixa.
