By way of chances, to be divided into 1200 tickets, at 20s.
Sterling each. The said chances are to be drawn in* Savan
nah as soon as all the tickets ire disposed of. The tickets
are to be had, for cash only, of Meurs. Morel and
Mr. Alexander Fyffe, Mr. Machenry, William Wright,
and Dr. John Perkins, in*Savannah; at Midway, of MefT.
Dunbar, Young and Simpson; and at Alatatnaha, of
DONALD MACKAY. .
N. B. Good and fufficient titles will be immediately
made for the lands to whomsoever (hall become the pofTef
lor; and a difeount of seven and a half per cent, to be de
duced out of cash prizes only.
%* The chance* to be drawn on or before the sth of
July; and in case the tickets are not all disposed of by
that time, the money to be returned; bonds for that
purpose, as well as for the due performance of every
part, are given to William Spencer, David Montaiguj,
and John Morel, Efqrs. who are appointed infpe&ofi.
Thefirji trail of land above-mentioned is beautifullyfituated upon
Sapelio ri ver, where it is navigable for a vejjel of any burthen ,
surveyed for 435 acres old measure, and Jquare upon the river,
which gives it a front of about a mile ; the whole of it is well tim
bered,.being chiefly cyprcfs and white and red oak , and inferior to
no lands in the province for corn , rice, or ir.dico , and is conveni
ent for a rrferve of water', there is a fettlcfnent upon it with fame
bearing fruit trees, and 60 or 70 acres cleared, one half of which
is prepared far the plough .
The other traß, contains 250 acres, upon a navigable creek on
North Newport river, within fix miles of the town of Sunbury,
suitable for rice, corn and indico, and well timbered with oak and
fome cypress. ’ •
WHOEVER has any demands on the estate of the late
Thomas Bennett of Ponpon, deceased, are desired
immediately to bring in their demands* and those indebted
to make payment to Sobrina Bennett executrix, in St.
Matthew’s parifti, at the plantation of Mr. John Bowles.

A PLANTATION, situate on Savannah river con

swamp, watered by spring tides,*and about 50 acres of it
cleared; the other too acres is exceeding good high land, U
chiefly cleared, and has a gOoddwelhng-houfe thereon
The swamp abounds* with a large quantity of very valuable
cypress, fit either for sawing or making of fliingles, very
convenient to a market, being about 14 miles diliant from
Savannah by land or water.—For further partial ars enquire
of either of the fubferibers at Savannah.
