Stolen or frayed out of wry fable , on Sunday night Inf,
A Bay troting GELDING, 13 hands and a half high,
branded on the mounting moulder S S, and on the
buttock g-D, has a large star in his forehead. Whoever
will deliver said gelding to me in Savannah, Hull receive
ten {hillings reward, and rcafonablc charges; but as I hava
reason to believe the gelding was taken away, I do hereby
promise a reward'of forty {hillings Sterling, to be paid upon
convidion, to any person that will difeover the offender.

Stolen or frayedfrom J! Jr. James Sharp's plantation near Jackfcnf
lurgh, on Friday night the loth May last,
AB’ack HORSE, aWt 13 and a half hands high,
branded on the mounting shoulder and buttock IK in
6ne, has a small white spot on tnc left fide of his neck, and
anothe-on his breast.
A bright bay HORSE, near 14 hands high, branded as
the other.
Fifteen (hillings Sterling reward will be pajd to any per
son delivering the said horses to Mr. Sharp in Jackfon(burgh,
or to the fubfcribei on said p’antation ; but as hey arc
thought to be stolen, whoever will difeover the thief or
thieves, (hall have a reward of five pounds Sterling, to be

WHertas, by an inquefi taken the 2<Jtb day of March htf, on
vie w of the body of one Alexander Cnnvjoi and, found dead
at the plantation of John Mi Hedge, Ffquirc, on Lttth Ogtcbee, the
verdtcl. of the jury was, “ That the Jaid Crawford vat fabbed
“ and murdered by a negroe fellow, named Stpto, the property of
t{ the said John MitiedgrJ * which said n grot, immediately after
perpetrating the faidfail, made bit escape ; and although a reward
of five pounds Sterling was offered by the fatd John Mt Hedge for
apprehending the fatd negroe, he hath not yet been taken ; and
whereas it is of publick utility that the said neoroe jhould be brought
to jufiiee, therefore notice is hereby given, Lhat, over and above
the reward offered by the Jaid John MiUedge, a reward of
Ten Pounds Sterling will be paid by his Ma efy's Treajurer for
this province , to any per/on or prr/ons who /bell apprehend theJuid
n grot, and deli ver him to the Provojl-Marjkal at Savannah ;
and if it Jhould happen that the Jaid negroe is killed in taking him ,
injuch case, on a proper certificate and proof thereof, the perjon or
pofons Jball be intitkd to a reward oj Five Poonds Sterling. *

A PLANTATION, fituatc on Savannah river, con
taining 950 acres of land, of which 850 acres is river
swamp, watered by spring tides, and about t;o acres of it
cleared; the other 100 acres is exceeding good high land, is
chiefly cleared, and has a good dwclling-houfc thereon.—
The (wamp abounds with a large quantity of very valuable
cypress, fit either for sawing or making of (hirules, very
convenient to a market, bemg about 14 miles distant froaj
