to Francis Arthur and company, that there is an abfalute
neceflity for immediate payment of their refpe&ive debts.

very moderate terms, - containing 4750 acres, viz.
One traft situate on North Newport river, about four
miles from Sunbury, containing 900 acres, 400 of which are
good ftvampf, with a fine refeme of water, a good dwelling
houfe thereon, and 80 acres of the high land cleared.
Another tra£l of 350 acres, on a navigable creek, within
one mile of Sunbury, good for indico and rice, about 90
acres of the high land cleared, and a dwelling-house there
on, plcafantly lituated.

drawing, the money to be returned; bonds for that pur
pose, as well as for the due performance of every part, arc
given to William Spencer, David Montaigut, and John

W Hereat, by an inqtteff taken the igth day of March lafl> on
view of the body of one Alexander Crawford, found deed
at the plantation of John Milledge, * Esquire, on Little Ogechet, tit
verdiff of the jury was, “ That the /aid Crawford was failed
ft and murdered by a negroefellow, named Sdpio, the property f
“ the said John Milledge',” which said negroe, immediately after
perpetrating the /aidfaff, made bis efcape\ and although a reword
of Jive founds Sterling was offered by the said John Milledge f’
apprehending the fasd negroe, Ise bath not yet been taken ; ond
whereas it is if publick utility that the said negroe jhould be brought
to justice, therefore notice is hereby given, I hat, over and above
the reward offered by the said John Milledge , a further reward J
