been frequently entered into for the duties imposed by the
aft of 6 Geo. 11. payable to his Majelly at the ports of Ame
rica, give this publick notice, That whoever will make
difeovery of any perion or perfens, who (hall have been
guiltv of entering into, or conniving at such compositions,
to John Temple, Esq. or Peter Randolph, Elq. Surveyors-
General of ms Majelly y s Customs in North-America, or 0-
thcr principal officer of his Majelly *s Culloms, the ColleClorj
or Comptroller, of any port, except the port where such
fraud was entered into, so that the parties offending may be
convi&ed thereof, and the duties recovered to the crown,
(hall receive one third part of the duties so recovered.

On Saturday the 15th December next, the following fivh
tracts of land, being the property of Capt. John Gray dew
ceased:
One trail, containing 100 acres, in St. Andrew’s parifh,’
bounded not th-wefl on a creek of Sappello river, on all other
sides by vacant lands at the time the fame was run out, thd
grant dated in October 1759.
Onetwher trail, containing 204 acres, in the fame
bounded south-west by Angus M‘lntolh, north by Robert
Homes, and all other sides by viaant lands, grant fame d^te. !
One other trail, containing 100 acres, in the fame parilh,’
bounded (outhcrly part by a creek and Hugh Clark’s land, 1
and all Other Tides by vacant lands, grant fame date.
One other tra£l, containing 45$ acrcs the fame pari(l^ :
bounded eaftcrly by firoroU creek, northerly by Angus M‘ln
to (h, George M*Donald, and Angus M'Kay, and all other

On Saturday the 24th of November infixnt, one negroe
wench and her Ton, a boy about ten years of age, the pro
perty of ChHftian Rumph.
On Monday the 16th day of December next, being the
property of James Rutherford, two lots in Sunbury, known
by the numbers 22 and zs, on which are several buildings.
AJfo, one trail containing 200 acres of land, situated on
Great-Ogechce, butting and bounding on the weft of landt 1
ofc Mr. Fox, and on the east on lands of Mr. Wilson.
2co acres on Ogechce, joining on the cad on Mr. James
whitefietd.
On the fame day will be fold, being the property of James
Stewart in Sunbnry, one house and Tot in Sanbury. Also,
a tract of 150 acres of land, joining lands belopging to Mr*
Daniel M'fntofti and George M*into(h of Sappmlo, Esq.
On the fame day, a Idt in Sunbury, on which is a good
new dwelling-house, the property of John Cddkfon.
. On the fame day, a lot in Ewenlbungh, on which is a good
dwelling-house; also furniture; the property’
of James Caldow.
There will also be fold, on Wedoefday the 18th Decern-,
ber, at the ferry commonly called Bartley’s, feme household
furniture, horses, hogs, and several odd things ufefui for a
plantation,with the ferry boat, the property of James Ruther
