The Joint Committee of tho Assembly,
appointed to investigate the official con
duct of Bafns B. Bnlloek, Into Governor
of Georgia, mado their 'report to both
branches of the Legislature yesterday.
The report fa a moat amazing one. It
shows on unscrupulous and disgusting
disregard for all the doaenoies of official
character and dignity, and proves tho
absoonding Bullook to hare been a great
er villain than tho pubho had already be
lieved him to ho.
Tho Committee has had a broad field
to oxplore. In its work it has nocessari-
ly trenched npon the fields properly be
longing to other oommittees, bat it has
saooeded in making a full, impartial and
blighting history of one of the most
corrupt administrations that ever dis
graced any psoplo on tho face of the
