nominee of the Grant men.
We need not aay that oar sympathies
ate entirely with Gen. DoBuee. He haa
■erred theDiatnct with great fidelity.
Not* complaint has been raised from any
quarter against a single one of bis pub-
llio acts. The great objection to him by
'old party associates seems to be his ob
jection to Hr. Greeley and hia principles.
