A notice of this highly cr d- 1 table allair appeared in our oolumns of yesterday, and the reader is therefore •dviaea of the main points of 'he oue. The warrants, whioh were iasned by jus tice Isaac Russell, at the instance of Bradley, charging the parties with as sault end buttery, were not ixecut d on ■countof want of jnriadietion. Brad ley th-xetore bad the parties brought be fore the Commissioner on the charge mentioned above. — Bradley waa awoin, and made bia atateasent of the fracas, which ta‘lies in the man with tbe aooount given in tbo Xeece. He stated that Bradley waa very abusive to Mr. Hale, was excited, refused to learn when requested, waa boisterous, and waa attracting a load crowd; that Bradley mid vxnething to OoL Atkins which be (Sloan) did not bear, when Atkina jdeked up the poker; heard no conversation be tween Bradley and Col.
