The Democratic Convention o' Geor gia, in Jolj last, whloh put theae Eleotora in nomination, declared its adherence to those prineiplee of the Party npon which ita organiwilon wos founded.— That Convention reoouunended the sop- port of Mr. Greeley in the lateeenvnas— not with any aanction of hit prinoiules; bnt with the declaration of the belief that his alection, under existing cireum atanoea, would •‘oouduoe” to the ultimate establishment of (heir principles. Thia Inoperate, and aa the whole subjeot, nnaer the Pro video oe of G-d it left with the Elec tors, we submit for tbeir most patriotic consideration, in view of all theanrround- inga and in view of the future, whethor in the discharge of the responsible duty thua retting npou them, they can do better than cast tbu vole of G.orgla con fided in their bauds" for that distinguish ed Democratic statesman of Pennsyl vania to wh.un.aa have referred.
