We remember, oh so fondly,
The years when you were here,

you were always near.

How can I face life's daily task
Without you by my side?
How can I find my lonely way
Against the world’s strong tide?
Time is the healer of all wounds
Or so I've oft been told,
But I have found that every
day
Adds to my grief twofold.
