failed of success in either acute or chronic rheu
matism.
In glandular obstructions, chlorosis, anusarcous
Wellmgs, incipient dropsy; lit all diseases of the
joints, gouty affections, dispersion of tumors, til
cured syphilis, spasmodic or nervous affections:
in ad bilious disorders, dyspepsia, hypocundriasis,
epilepsy—these baths have been found most ser
viceable, and have often succeeded even in here
ditary complaints. In fine, this manner if ad nn
istering almost evety remedy belonging to the
healing an, may be rendered applicable to almotf
'■very case, and (it is repeated) without any paiii,
trouble, or disgust to the patient.
