hundred and forty-four acres, adjoining Powell and
Thomas: also the One Half of Five Hundred and
Seventy-five Acres upon which George W. Merri-
wether now lives, all the property of Dr. Win. Meri

Three Negroes, Jinny, a woman about
twenty-five or thirty years old; Keziah, a girl about
seventeen years old, and Elizar a girl about fifteen
years old: levied on as the property of Samuel Gra
ham, to sfdisfy two 6. fa.’s at the instance of Patrick
J. Muncy, vs. said Graham. The Negroes pointed

Hayne’s in Elbert county, the following Negroes be
longing to the Estate of Isaac J. Barrett, deceased,
to wit: Jim, Silvey, Pomp, young Jim, Palscy, and
Sarah: at the same time, all the lands belonging to
the said deceased, being in the county of Elbert.
Also, on the first Tuesday in March next, at the
Court house of the county in whicli a Tract of Land
now lies, drawn by Isaac J. Barrett, then in the
