itself the title of the leading journal
of the south. Its enterprise, during
the recent election excitement, in
sending correspondents to different
portions of tho country, and its se
ries of special telegrams from Wash
ington while the electoral commis
sion was engaged in consumating the
fraud that placed radicalism once
more in power in our national coun
oils are evidences conspicuous enough
to prove that no expense will bo
spared to make The Constitution not
only a leader in the discussion of
matters of public concern, but a lenr
der in the dissemmination of the la-'
tost and most reliable news. There
is no bettor timo than now to sub
scribe for a fresh and vigorous news
paper.
Tho peoplo of Georgia are now
called upon to settle tho
CONVENTION QUESTION,
and in tho discussion of this impor-
.tant subject, (in which Tho Consti
tution will lake a leading part) every
Georgian is interested. If a conven
