Tlie next Presidency. ft appears that some of the Whig* at the North are disposed to take time by the foretop, and are already moving in the matter of the next Presidency. A dis patch from Washington city of the 4th inst. says: “A movement is on foot in this place, to re-organize the ‘’ big party, and to urge the name of the Hon. John Bell, of Tennessee, as a candidate for the next Presidency. Other names, however, are mentioned, and among the most prominent arc Millard Fillmore, of New York, Ed ward Everett, of Massachusetts, and John J Crittenden, of Kentucky.
