Administrator’s Sale
BY virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of
Bartow county. G». will be (told on tl e first Tues
day in November next, 1867 at tbe Court House door
in said county, between the legal hours of sale, the
tract of land in said county, whereon W ilitam P. H«jr
resided at the time of his death, the same containing
620 acres, more or less, and composed of the following
lots and parts of lots, to-wit: 1188. 1183, 1100.1184,
1185,1136,1169, 1170,1171, 1172 1105, 1206,1208,1200,
1212,1258, 787, 7-*8 and 789, In the st venteenth district
and third section of said county, lying on Kuharlee
Creek, about 400 acres of said farm is open and In
good state of cultivation, balance well tiumered, with
a dwelling house and good crib on said place. The
farm is well situated on the Alabama road, about
three and a half miles west of btilesboro, in Bartow
County.
Terms of the sale—One third cash: one-third credit
of twelve months from date of sale, with note and good
security, interest from date, and titles to be made on
payment of purchase money, retaining iein on the laud
until the same is paid.
