of Ordinary of said county, will be
sold on the first Tuesday in November next,
between the lawful horns of sale, before the
Court House Door of said County, Lots of
land, Nos. 105, 100. 105. 101. 103, 192, 101,
100, 170, 213. 212, 211, 202, 263 and 30 and
a half acres of 190, all in the Fourth District
and Third Section of originally Cherokee,
now Bartow County ; each of said lots con
taining 49 acres, more or less, according to
original survey. About 145 acres of said
land cleuved, and in high state of cultiva
tion. and under good fencing, the balance of
said land finely timbered ; all of said lands
lying within 2 miles of Cartersville, the
County Site, and beautifully located for
buildingand farming purposes Ihelamls being
of an excellent quality for cultivation, also
abounding in Iron ore and Manganese.
There is also situated on lots Nos, 105 and
166, a No. 1 Tan Yard, with good Currying
House, and Dwelling and out houses, and a
tine young orchard, which, including about
24 acres of said Lots will be sold senaraiely.
The said lands will be divided and sold in
small tracts, plats of the same will be fur
nished on day of sale, or before, for inspec
tion. Any person wishing to examine said
lauds, will be shown the same by calling on
T. 11. Kennedy and F. M. Johnson, at
Cartersvide, or James Kennedy on the
