In the adjoining county of-Murray we
learn one farmer, Mr. Amos Keith, made
over eight bales off of six acres. His en
tire yield of cotton will bo near 125 bales.
Wo hear of other farmers in this county
that have been equally as successful in
cotton raising. Thoro is no healthier
country on the globe than North Georgia,
and no land anywhere that is susceptible
of more varied cropping. It has beou ful
ly demonstrated that cotton, wheat, corn,
potatoes and vegetables of almost overy
description, can be grown hero to great
profit with tho rlghtsort of cultivation, and
why any man should wish to oxchange
