They should not allow their feelings to carry away their judgment This provision was in serted in the present constitution so that localities to be affected by private bills should not have a de crce taken against them bydefault. In other words that no private bill should be passed without an opportunity was afforded to those opposed to appear before the leg islature and present their objec tions. But it was necessary that people should know precisely in what newspapers to look for such notices. It is obvious to us that the natural place for the insertion of any such notices affecting any county, is the newspaper to which the public look for all legal adver tisements in that county.—Ex change. Being advised by a friend she tried Vegetine, and alter using a few bottles was lul y restored to health. I have been si'grrat snfienr from Rhett mutism. It is a great cleanser ami purifier of the blood ; it is pleasant to take and I can cheerful ly recommend it. JAMES MORSE, 364 Athens St, Rheumatism is a Disease of the Blood. The blood in this disease, is found to contain an excess of fibrin. Vegetine acts by converting the blood from its diseased condition to a healthy circula tion. Vegetine regulates the bowels which is very important, in this com plaint. One bottle of Vegetine will give relief; but, to effect a permanent cure, it must be taken regularly, and may take several bottles, especially in eases of long standing. Vegetine is sold by all Druggists. Try it, and your verdict will be the same as that of thousands before you, who say, “ 1 never found so much re lief as from the use of Vegetine,” which is composed exclusively of Barks, Boots and Herbs. ‘•Vegetine,” says a Boston physcinn “has no equal iis » blood purifier. Ag'- 45 Years Before the Public. t H£ GENUINE • DR.C.McLANE'S CELEBRATED LIVER PILLS FOR THE CURE OF Hepatitis, or Liver Complaint, DYSPEPSIA AI»D SICK HEADACHE. Symptoms of a Diseased Liver. I}AIN in the right side, under the edge of the ribs, increases on pres sure ; sometimes the pain is in the left Side; the patient is rarely able to lie on the left side; sometimes the pain is felt under the shoulder blade, and it frequently extends to the top of the shoulder, and is sometimes mistaken for rheumatism in the arm. The stom ach is affected with loss of appetite and sickness; the bowels in general are costive, sometimes alternative with lax , the head i» troubled with pain, accompanied with a dull, heavy seh- Sation in the back part. There is gen erally a considerable loss of memory, accompanied with a painful sensation of having left undone something which ought to have been done. A slight, dry cough is sometimes an attendant. The patient complains of weariness and debility ; he is easily startled, his feet are cold or burning, and he com plains of a prickly sensation of the skin ; his spirits arc low ; and although he is satisfied that exercise would be beneficial to him, yet he can scarcely summon up fortitude enough to try it. In fact, he distrusts every remedy. Several of the above symptoms attend the disease, but cases have occurred where few of them existed, yet exam ination of the body, after death, has shown the liver to have been exten sively deranged. AGUE AND FEVER. Dr. C. McLane’s Liver Pills, in cases of Ague and Fever, when taken with Quinine, are productive of the most happy results. No better cathartic can be used, preparatory to, or after taking Quinine. We would advise all who are afflicted with this disease to give them a FAIR trial. For all bilious derangements, and as a simple purgative, they are un equaled. BEWARE OF IMITATIONS. The genuine are never sugar coated. Every box has a red wax seal on the lid, with the impression Dr. McLane’S Liver Piles. The genuine McLane’s I,TVER PILLS bear the signatures of C. Me Lank and Fleming Bros, on the wrappers. Insist upon having the genuine Dr. C.
