Betwix and Between Seasons, and g
Word to Our Customers.

summer’s business and the fall’s. '
We want to thank our friends aud patrons for the past season’s gratifying record-—for their
loyalty to Bostains. '
And the Spring and Summer business has inspired us to put forth even added effort for Fall. 4
Nothing succeeds like success, you know. New Fall goods, in fact, are already arriving. You
who have little folks to make school dresses for will find. a goodly line of cottons and woolens. j
Weaves we have brought out eariy for this special parpose. |

We are going to sell more of those lots of Judge Gober’s, on the east side of town, in Gober Addition, on

The well water on all this property is free from contamination of any kind, and is as pure and cold as can be
found in the county.
The Water Main of the City Water Works
passes through this property, so.that city water can be easily had on every lot. The public school building is
near the property, and a desirable class of people surround it. Almost every lot is covered with thrifty Elberta
peach trees, and it is one of the few orchards that bore a full crop this year. New streets wiil be opened and
old ones worked out. This property is desirable in every way, and will prove a fine investment for purchasers.
The terms are easy---oue-third cash, balance in one and two years with interest on deferred payments.
