Paragraphs.
A lazy mar is an awful joke on
his wife.
Many a patent-leather shoe cov
ers a big hole in a stocking.
A dumb waiter out of order is
an unspeakable nuisance.
Hope for the best, then try your
best to realize your hopes.
It takes a conceited man to make
a continuous hit—with himself.
The man who is after results, is
always particular as to the means.
Love that feeds on beauty soon
dies of starvation.
Whitewash will not hide the
freckles on a man’e reputation.
No matter how beautiful a man’s
wife is, he never wishes she was
two-faced.
Some men fail to hit the target
of success because they aim too
high.
Lots of men would be meaner
than they are if they were not too
lazy to exert themselves.
You may have noticed how much
easier it is to exchange your mcney
for experience than it 18 to swap
your experience for money.
If the innocent bystander had
been attending to his own busi
ness, it probably wouldn’t have
happened.

two different hospitals for treatment,
but without any lastinf benefit. I was
constantly raising yellow and green
phlegm, and the trouble was so unbear

to go out in company. I have used only‘
two bottles of Hyomei, and have been
cured by the remedy. It has made full
and complete recovery.”’—Qapt. Will
