County Commissioners have made ar- ‘
rangements with the two banks here to
furnish?s2o,ooo, or $lO,OOO each, to take
up the county warrants now being is
sued to put the conviet system of road
working in order and for other ex
penses. The Commigsioners will have
to levy and collect the taxes for this
year, and so specify the amount,and
for what purpose. The banks will carry ‘
these warrants until next fall, receiving
seven per cent. interest.
