benefieia! lo children, and yet so searching
as to effectually out the groat cor

and syphilitic contamination. Impurities,
or diseases that have lurked in the system
for years, soon yield to tiffs powerful anti
dote, and disappear. Hence its wonderful
cures, many of which are publicly known,
of Scrofula, and all scrofulous disease*,
Ulcers, Eruptions, and eruptive dis

Boils, Pimples, Pustules, Sores. St.
Anthony's Fire, Rose or Erysipe

Female Weakness, Debility, and
Ijeueorrheea, when they are manifesta

It is an excellent restorer of health and
strength in the Spring. By renew ing the
appetite and vigor of the digestive organs,
it dissipates tlio depression and listless lan

appears, people feel hotter, and live longer,
for cleansing the blood. Hie system moves
on with renewed vigor and a new lease of
life.

AyAo Ague Cure,
For Fever and Ague, Intermittent Fever,
CliUI Fever, Remittent Fever, Dumb
Ague, Periodioal or Bilious Fever, &c.,
and indeed all tho affections -which arise i
from malarious, marsh, or miasmatic
poisons.
No one remedy is louder
IIP called for by the necessities of
* the American people than a
&3 sSfef 6nre and safo cure for Fever
££* / an( t Such we are now
enabled to offer, with a perfect
& certainty that it will eradicate
** tho disease, and with assur
ance, founded on proof, that no harm can arise
from it* use in any quantity.
That which protects from or prevents this dis
order must be of immense service in the com
munities where it prevails. Prevention is better
than cure, for tho patient escapes the risk which
he must ran in violent attacks of thin baleful dis
temper. This /• Cuuff” expels the miasmatic
poison of Fkv'isr and Ague from the system,
and prevents tho development of the disease, if
taken on tho first approach of its premonitory
symutoms. It is not only the best remedy ever
yet discovered for this class of complaints, but
also the cheapest. The large quantity we sup
ply for a dollar brings it within the roach of
everybody; and in bilious districts, whero
Fkvek and Ague prevails, everybody should
have it, andu.se it freely, both for cure and pro
tection. It is hoped this price will place it within
the reach of all —the poor ae well as the rich.
A jrreat superiority or this remedy over any
other ever discovered for the speedy and certain
cure of Intermittent 3 i. l ?, that it contains no Qui
nine or mineral; consequently it produces no
quinism or other injurious effects whatever upon
the constitution. Those cured by it are left an
healthy as if they had never had the disease.
Fever and Ague is not alone the consequent
of the miasmatic poison. A great variety of dis
orders arise from its irritation, among which
are Neuralgia, Rheumatism, Gout, Headache,
Blindness, Toothache, Earache, Catarrh, Asth
ma, Palpitation, Painful Affection of the Spleen,
Hysterics, Pain in the Bowels, Colic, Paralysis,
arid derangement of the Stomach, .oil of which,
when originating m this cause, put on the in
termittent type, or become periodical. This
“Cure” expels the poison from the blood, and
consequently cures them all alike. It is aw in
valuable protection to immigrants and persons
travelling or temporarily residing in the mala

while exposed to the infection, that will be ex

in sufficient quantity to ripen into disease.

Fair Vigor,;
F restoring to Gray Hair its
natural Vitality and Color.
If loss and freshness of youth. Thin
hair is thickened, falling hair checked,
and baldness often, though not always,
cured by its use. Nothing can restore
the hair where the follicles are de
stroyed, or the glands atrophied and
decayed; but such as remain can be
saved by this application, and stimu
lated into activity, so that anew
I growth of hair is produced. Instead
of fouling the hair with a pasty sedi
ment, it will keep it clean and vigorous.
Its occasional use will prevent the liair
from turning gray or falling off, and
consequently prevent baldness. The
restoration of vitality it gives to tha
j scalp arrests and prevents the forrna
; tion of dandruff, which is often so un-
I cleanly and offensive. Free from those
deleterious substances which make
some preparations dangerous and inju
rious to the hair, the Vigor can only
benefit but not harm it. If wanted
merely for a IIAIR. DRESSING,
nothing else can bo found so desirable.
Containing neither oil nor dye, it does
not soil white cambric, and yet lasts
long on the hair, giving it a rich, glossy
lustre, and a grateful perfume.
