A quarrel arose between Wisbam and Mr. Bussell, when Frank Johnson and JobD Gnlbreath persuaded Wisbam to walk out, hoping to avoid any trouble. When outside the gate, Risham said to Oulbreatb, that he wbb loadod down with weapons, and would shoot him. He then flred three times, striking Oulbreatb first on the right side about the top of the hip joint, the aeoond ball went through the left thigh and lodged in the left leg, the third struok the unfortunate man in the left side just be 1 low the heart. Dr. We. ltawlings was culled to the wounded man, but the wounds wero found to bo fatal and beyond the reach of human skill. Mr. Oulbreatb died on Sunday morn ing. Ho was a young man laoking only a month or so of bolug 21 years of age. Wisbam made bis esoape and has not as yet been captured.
